Brian Hess is a successful Pittsburgh based entrepreneur who got his start in business working up the ladder at Verizon, in sales. Along the way he met an entrepreneur that offered him a job in the paving industry, which set-up Brian for a new course in life.

After learning the in’s & out’s of the industry, Brian created his own paving company, The Pavement Group, which now has grown to a vastly successful commercial paving company - which has allowed Brian to expand into other entrepreneurial projects.

Brian has also launched The Top Contractor School, which provides live & virtual trainings to help build up growth-minded industry leaders within the construction community.

Benny & Brian talk about the mindset of an entrepreneur, and how it impacts their personal lives, as well as how it inspires the way that they each raise their kids.
