Chuck is the CEO & General Manager of Rio Blanco Roofing and Solar in San Antonio, TX.  Chuck also is the host of "Keepin' it Rio", his podcast - similar to The Big Fish Cares, Chuck invites fellow industry people on to talk business but also invites people from all walks of life to share their story.

Chuck shares his story of working in the industry as a roofing sales rep and how he always felt that he could do more and build something greater - eventually leaving his sales rep role and taking over as an owner of his own roofing company.
