We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to spearhead our social media strategy, ensuring our online presence aligns with our core values and mission. This role is crucial in promoting Benny Fisher's brand, engaging with our audience, and amplifying our message to create a meaningful impact.


Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our brand values and mission.
  • Create and manage content calendars for various social media platforms.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, articles) for social media platforms.
  • Utilize branded templates to create static images.
  • Manage all social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.

Media Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with videographers, video editors, and graphic designers to produce high-quality content.
  • Coordinate with the media team to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Attend media team meetings and weekly check-ins with Benny.


Community Engagement:

  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
  • Build and nurture relationships with followers, influencers, and other stakeholders.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Report on metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Collaborations and Partnerships:

  • Identify and engage with potential collaborators and partners to expand our reach.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive campaigns.

Event Promotion and Coverage:

  • Promote Benny Fisher's speaking engagements, retreats, and other events.
  • Provide live coverage of events on social media platforms.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and grow the email list through strategic content and engagement.

Blog Management:

  • Oversee the company blog, including content creation, scheduling, and publishing.
  • Develop strategies to increase blog traffic and engagement.

Goal Achievement:

  • Set and achieve goals related to social media and marketing performance.
  • Align efforts with the company's overall strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
  • Strong creative thinking, with an eye for design and detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work directly with a visionary leader.
  • High emotional intelligence and awareness.
  • Passion for social media and digital marketing trends.
  • Experience with email marketing and list management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a plus.
